Seiko Bluetooth Watch

It may be ugly, but it kind of shows where we’re all headed. This watch reacts to your phone like a Bluetooth headset. It vibrates on calls, tells you who’s calling, and allows you to set phone configurations from your wrist. It’s also huge.

That watch looks freakin ginormus. I wonder if it will catch on or not. I doubt that would be accepted in the fashion world, but who knows

Much to big in this iteration, but the idea of a bluetooth watch display is long overdue. Something that can link to mp3 players, phones, PDAs, or even a laptop shoved into your backpack, would finally deliver the promises of the bulky, battery-sucking devices from the past.

Let’s hope the inevitable failure of this device doesn’t disuade them from trying again.
