Am i truly understanding what you are saying? You think a failure rate of 1 out of 22 is great? OK, so you like your watches. But a failure rate of 1 out of 22 is great? Wow, as a manufacturer, I want more consumers like you, that is, very easy to please.

@Franc 63: i would suggest you to be a little daring, go out on a limb so to speak, go purchase a stuhrling and then see if you still have that same opinion, I am saying this only because I have over 20 stuhrlings, and the one time i had an issue with one of them. You heard me right 1 out of 22 had an issue I sent it back and I got a replacement within a short time, that costumer service beats out any I’ve ever seen and that alone, besides the fact i love their watches will get me coming back more and more. Trust me if you would actually give them a chance you will see what I’m talking about, unless that is you work for Hamilton and the only way you know how to promote your product is by bashing other products that compete with you, which in my opinion I don’t think its a competition because Hamilton isn’t in the same league as Stuhrling original and, for any of you who want to see the passion I’m talking about go see for yourselves. www.stuhrling.com

C,mon man! That is not a fine timepiece but instead a chinese made piece of crap designed to fool novices. I question EVERYTHING ABOUT IT especially the movement. Is it even jewelled?
Check out Hamiltons automatic line for a better watch that will cost way less than that ridiculous msrp listed above, and probably in the range of that Amazon price.
The stuhrling line is as fraudulent as any in the business.

Thanks for the review. I've been eyeing that piece for a while, but its still a bit pricier than I want to pay.

BTW it's design was inspired the Richard Mille RM016 seen here:

Its quite the cool piece, and a more affordable homage to a brand that not a lot of people are familiar with.
