We’ve taken a look at some watches that were inspired by cars here recently, and Hodinkee has brought us something similar, but in a truly vintage fashion.  They’ve found a 1974 Omega Seamaster that was riding around in a 1976 Ferrari 308. I’ll admit, before seeing this video, I’d never heard of an Omega Ranchero. After watching the video however, I understand why collectors are attracted to them and how to watch for fakes. It’s worth your time to watch the video, however be aware that the person who made the video loves to talk in the 3rd person, which is kind of strange.
