A Special Giveaway for our Patreon Backers

As John outlined in this post last month, we are looking to you, our readers, to help us keep the doors open here at WWR.  If you like the content that we’re providing you on a variety of great, but still affordable, watches (such as that Smith & Bradley Springfield above), then this is where you can help us out, and now, get in the running for a watch.

That’s right – while there are various funding goals we could hit (including removal of all ads) outlined on the Patreon page, I thought it would be fitting for us to sweeten the pot a little bit.  To do that, we’re going to give our backers the chance at winning the Smith & Bradley Springfield that we had in for review.  To enter, it’s really dead simple – head on over to the Patreon page, pledge monthly support (as little as $1/month), and then we’ll select a winner from the backer pool at the end of February.

And for those who want to help get the word out, I’ll throw in a bonus for you.  If someone signs up to be a back as a result of you letting them know, have them drop a comment on this thread letting us know who referred them.  We’ll pick a second winner from those referrals, and I’ll rustle up something for them as well.  Good luck, and thank you for helping us out!  patreon.com

Thank you for reading this WristWatchReview post. With so many things competing for everyone’s attention these days, we really appreciate you giving us your time. We work hard every day to put quality content out there for our community.

WristWatchReview is one of the few remaining truly independent watch news outlets. We do not have a giant corporation behind us, and we rely heavily on our community to support us, in an age when advertisers are increasingly uninterested in sponsoring small, independent watch sites — especially a site like ours that is unwilling to pull punches in its reporting and analysis. We don't play the games the other sites play and we've paid for it when it comes to ad revenue.

We would love for you to support us on Patreon and every little bit helps. Thank you.
