Did you see our review of the Agelocer Moonphase, and find yourself wondering what it would be like to have that aventurine dial on your own wrist? Well, then, now you’ve got a chance to win the very one we reviewed courtesy of our friends over at Agelocer.
Yes, that’s right – you’ll get to see for yourself just how sparkly that dial is. And yes, I will note that while the moonphase looks cool, this watch is not a “true” moonphase. The moon circuits along the date wheel gearing, so it’s a 31-day cycle rather than 28. In other words, it’s more of an impression of things, and you’ll need to adjust it for accuracy every so often. Regardless, it’s still a fun watch to look at.
So, how do you enter to win this Agelocer Moonphase? Just as with our regular contests, it’s a simple two-step process:
- Comment below! This month, we’d like to hear what your favorite dial material is – be it metal, semi-precious stones, enamel, or the like – just sound out!
- Then, as usual, head over to the giveaway widget and complete your entry
That’s it – just two steps. But do be sure to do both, as we do check for the comments. Giveaway is limited to North America just to control the shipping costs. Good luck, and our thanks to Agelocer for sponsoring the giveaway!
I’m a fan of meteorite dials.
It has to be enamel for me. I just like the Inky black of them. Special shout out to the Patek 5370p. Lovely piece.
I like the old school linen dials. Someone needs to bring those back.
I like metal dials. I’m old school and dials like Rolex’s are good enough for me as long as they’re finished well.
Metal dials, especially the Damascus or meteorite ones
Porcelain, off white but on this Agelocer they nailed it
I find porcelain enamel to be very rich and classy
Carbon fiber has a very cool look
I’m a big fan of the skeleton dial, as that really isn’t a dial per-se. I’d have to go with sunburst enamel in blue.
Mother of Pearl
i like the semi precious stones like the meteorite
Damascus or carbon fiber are my favorites. I have a soft spot for enamel as well.
I know I really want a meteorite dial watch at some point. Don’t know yet if it will be my favorite, but screenshots sure look nice 😀
Meteorite, maybe, though I don’t actually own one yet.
Enamel dials are always a very subtle, but classy touch.
Enamel for me!
Just a sucker for a beautiful Enamel Dial but Wow that Aventurine….
I am always drawn to watches with a meteorite dial, but am usually underwhelmed by the indicies and lack of lume.
Meteorite just for uniqueness
I don’t have a favorite dial material — it depends on the watch’s overall style, on where it might be worn (and with what), and what mood I am in. My style is eclectic…in watches, shoes clothes and life.
Metal dials for sure
my favs enamel rly pops
Most of my favorite watches have enamel dials.
