I’ve never been to Nobu but I hear their fish and chips are excellent. Designed for chef Nobu Matsuhisa, this ceramic beauty is scratchproof and heat resistant. It’s also kind of pretty.
The Nobu Special Sintra XXL Automatic was designed using the original shape and body of the Sintra XXL. Enhanced features include eight blue sapphires that are located at the 12,3,6 and 9 hour markers. The traditional Rado anchor is featured in silver, and is against a silver dial. The case-back is engraved with Nobu’s logo and signature and features the individual number of the timepiece. The suggested retail value is $3,100 each. A minimum contribution of $10,000 of the retail sales of the timepiece will be donated to Save the Children® which is the leading independent organization creating real and lasting change for children in need in the United States and around the world.
Food at Nobu is average. Nothing special. Superb presentation of the plates, and the stunning interior are its main pleasures. FYI
I think this will be my next watch. I really admire the technology and the elegant design of the RADO watches. I have the 2006 version of the Original, absolutely in love with it. However, it would be nice to have a watch made of scratchproof high-tech ceramics.

Absolutely outstanding. No web picture can this watch justice. Depending on if you get the 18K gold grooves in between links, you will have a stunning timepiece. The diamond like ceramics add quite some touch to the over all exotic shape and design. 5 Stars…EASILY
