I think it goes without much saying, we’re fans of what the folks over at RGM are creating ( you can see other RGM-related posts here) – and hopefully you are after that video I posted yesterday. To date, all of their models have been focused for men – but this is changing in the near future.
As you might surmise, that photo up at the top of the post is a little sneak-preview they sent out of their upcoming Ladies’ model. This doesn’t just mean slapping their logo and some crystals on the dial of some lower-end model. This watch looks like it will shape up to be just as great of a timepiece as their previous models.
The case is polished stainless steel, measuring in at a more feminine 27.5mm diameter (and only 7.5mm thick). This case itself houses a 17-jewel manually-wound 7001 Swiss Caliber (not RGM-made, but modified by RGM) with Cote de Geneve finish.
Under the top crystal, you’ll have a choice of three dials (pink, light blue, or Black Tahitian MOP) with Roman numerals or diamond appliques. Rounding things out, you’ll also have a color-matches alligator strap in the mix. No word on pricing, but I can only assume it will be in line with their other models. Regardless, its an interesting option for the women, and one that should be well-made and long-lasting.
Thank you for reading this WristWatchReview post. With so many things competing for everyone’s attention these days, we really appreciate you giving us your time. We work hard every day to put quality content out there for our community.
WristWatchReview is one of the few remaining truly independent watch news outlets. We do not have a giant corporation behind us, and we rely heavily on our community to support us, in an age when advertisers are increasingly uninterested in sponsoring small, independent watch sites — especially a site like ours that is unwilling to pull punches in its reporting and analysis. We don't play the games the other sites play and we've paid for it when it comes to ad revenue.
We would love for you to support us on Patreon and every little bit helps. Thank you.
