Well, well, well! Turns out the Hamilton featured in Far Cry 6 will be getting a real world release. Behold: the Hamilton x Far Cry 6: Limited Edition Khaki Field Titanium.

Limited to 1983 pieces, this will become available for pre-order on Oct. 7 (which is also the game’s release date) with a suggested retail price of $1195, a tiny premium over the non-Far Cry edition of the watch.

Says Hamilton:

Deeply rooted in the history of Yara, the fictional Caribbean island of Far Cry 6, our Khaki Field Titanium Automatic keeps on ticking through decades of instability, even during an assassination attempt on its former owner and ruler of the island Santos Espinosa in 1983. In honor of this story of survival, only 1983 pieces of the special edition watch worn in-game will be available for purchase IRL.

Compared to the standard Khaki Field Titanium Automatic, the Far Cry 6 edition has old radium Super-LumiNova numerals (fitting given the game’s tropical setting), a split 6 o’clock numeral (matching the split 6 of the game’s logo), and a bright red seconds hand—a tribute, Hamilton says, to the guerilla forces featured in the game.

The watch can be found in-game after completing a certain mission, and appears to improve your defense.

In other Hamilton gaming tie-ins, unless I’m mistaken, the company’s black dial Khaki Field Mechanical was featured in the Sonic the Hedgehog movie, as I pointed out on Twitter a few months ago:

We’re all big fans of Hamilton ‘round these parts (I personally own a white dial Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical), and have played just about every Far Cry released thus far, so this is a fun “collab” that ticks all the right boxes for us.
