The Ocean Predator looks placid but underneath it’s a toothy monster. Benarus has been building some exciting watches for the past few years and this new product, the Benarus Ocean Predator Diver, is no exception. It has a NH35 self-winding movement and is water resistant to 660 feet. It features a hammered dial with heavy Kevlar strap.

The watch costs $549 and also has an internal bezel for timing your dives. I’m most impressed by the look and feel – it’s like an Orange Sherbet Monster – and it’s a great value for the price.

We’ll try to get one of these in for review but until then remember it might not be safe to go back into the water.
