They heart, they say, is a lonely hunter but the Bernard Knightsbridge Open Heart should make you a lot of friends. This £995 piece is coming in the summer and is basically an “open heart” three hander with some nice Tissot/Swatch styling and a British pedigree.

The Open Heart runs a Sellita SW200 Mechanical Movement inside a 40mm case and has a steel bracelet. You get to see the balance wheel poking out through the face at 12 o’clock, an interesting if distracting design choice.

The piece reminds me a lot of my favorite first watch, the Swatch Irony Diaphane but obviously this saucy little piece is aimed at a more refined crowd. You can “Register Interest” on their site to be notified when this kettle and hob ships.
