Hey, do you guys remember Vincero? We wrote about their marble watches (in a hands-on review, here) almost six years ago. Well, they’re still making watches, and recently introduced two limited-edition versions of the marble automatic to celebrate hitting that six-year mark.

The two new models are the Vincero Silver Nero (which is sold out, as of this writing) and the Vincero Gunmetal Scuro. What I like about the Vincero lineup is that the marble is not just on the dial, but also embedded into the center link of the included bracelet. It makes for a more cohesive feel to the design, in my estimation.

With things being set into the 43mm (and a 22mm bracelet) you’ll be able to get a good look at the marble. That sizing also makes for convenient placement of the window to the balance wheel of the Miyota 90S5 movement ticking away inside. While I don’t mind seeing things in movement, I’ve gotten past the idea of just cutting a hole on the front side. Unless it’s done really cleverly, it takes away from the look of the watch, and here, takes away from the beauty of the marble.

That’s just my opinion, of course. If you want to pick up your own Vincero Marble automatic, all the versions go for $450, direct from the brand. If for some reason you don’t want the bracelet, you can get it on a leather strap for $400. But really, you want the bracelet with this watch, as it won’t be found anywhere else. vincerowatches.com
