I have done several reviews now for Phoibos and not a one of them have disappointed me. Phoibos recently contacted me about reviewing their new Phoibos Eagle Ray GMT. I was really interested in this one since – aside it being their newest – it lowers the entry point for the brand. Let’s see what you get for the money!
To date, I have been fortunate to have been able to review the Phoibos Ocean Master, the Sentinel, and the Great Wall. All were very nice, and well-made. Now Phoibos has come out with a new, fantastic looking watch. This one is the Phoibos Eagle Ray Bronze Meteorite. They were kind enough to send me one out to review and I – unsurprisingly – liked what I saw.
This is now my third review on the Phoibos watch brand, previously having looked at their Ocean Master and Sentinel watches. Both were very nice, well made watches. Lately, I was able to get my hands on their newest model, the Great Wall. That would be referring to the Great Wall of China and as you read on you can see why.
I like the Phoibos GREAT WHITE PY007A. Especially on leather. Frequently, when we write reviews, we’ll write some boilerplate about how some company sent us their impressive watch, and the all-too-often-repeated, “let’s have a look.” Forget it. I like this watch, and I’ll tell you why.
