Parmigiani Fleurier, everyone’s favorite watch brand named after a cheese, has come out with a new version of the Tonda Metrographe, a beautiful, manufacture chronograph with huge date window (not a big date, complication, unfortunately).

The steel model comes on a calf strap for a mere 11,900 Swiss francs – about $12,000 – while the gold can be had for $30,000. The piece itself is quite elegant and features the traditional Parmigiani hands – bold and sharp but readable – and a very spare face.

The pieces are shipping now so get you to the cheese shop to pick up a couple for sandwiches or to sprinkle on your ziti. Your belly will thank you.
