  1. vintage is the way to go. i only buy vintage watches, but im happy to buy a new watch with a vintage look!

  2. I think that they want to keep it simple so as to attract more customers. Personally I would prefer more modern look but this one is appealing to me as I like the green face.

  3. Real like the vintage painting on this watch. The paint on the dial and lume paint give more of a vintage military look.

  4. A great many modern watches lack a certain something. One might call it soul. A vintage watch is vintage for a reason. The designs are classic. The dials are easy to read, and the technology behind these timepieces has been proven reliable.

  5. I have a great deal of respect for companies that do a thoughtful, detailed job in their efforts to make details like lumen & other dial features appear period-appropriate.

  6. I like the look of vintage watches. They were designed in an analog world and there’s something authentic about that style when it comes to watches.

  7. As long as it is done tastefully (which to some degree is subjective), as I personally think this watch is, retro is a great look.

  8. I really don’t care for anything that is new but claims to be “vintage”. That said, the AVI-8 Hawker Harrier II Chronodoes look good.
