As I mentioned in our August giveaway, this month marks three years since John took a flier on me and brought me on board to start reviewing and writing about watches. It’s been a fun ride, and to commemorate the actual day that my first article was published, I thought I’d get a quick AVI-8 giveaway on the books for you.
This is pretty simple, and is once again handled via the widget below. All you’ll have to do (again, via the widget please, as it makes life much easier) is comment on this post what you’d like to see us review – be it a brand, a specific model, or even a type of watch. This giveaway will run for 24 hours, at the end of which a winner will be selected.

…don’t see much about the “old” brands like Glycine,Doxa,Zodiac – with the market flooded with hundreds of brands, the attention gets lost on some of the now “vintage makers” of years past.
How about Tag Heuer?
Oakley. They make interesting looking watches.
Would like to see a review of the Alpina Extreme Divers.
Love to see a review on new Daniel Mink watches and a jump into reviewing the “smart watches:” Are they worth it?
I’m going to second the review of older brands as opposed to the new, internet-boutique brands that are so prevalent now.
I would like to see some reviews of more Momentum brand watches. I would also like to see more reviews of watches for women.
I’d like to see a section dedicated to woman’s watches.
I think there are so many brands and options out there, that I’m going to just leave it up to you and I’ll sit back and enjoy!
I would like to see a smart watch review section. They are an up and coming form of watch for the future. A great place to start would be the Moto 360 when it is released.
Ok, so I said I would post as Dead Mule but I see I am VoiceOfSanity but, to go back to my comments, silly as this may sound — I’d like to read about vintage girl’s watches, 1950-1960s. Also, a history of ladies Hamilton timepieces. Thanks.
I would love to see a lot more GMT watches. Those are my favorite styles.
I feel like a smartwatch review or two would be pretty cool, especially that new HP/Michael Bastian one when it comes out…
Love to see more reviews on Tags
Congrats Pete!
