Yema has just launched a watch that makes me drool. The French company is well-known for its aviation watches and this one hearkens back to the go-go days of air travel complete with swooping fonts and bold, blocky indicators.

The Flygraf Navigator is a recreation of a 1970s classic and features a slide rule bezel and an ETA Valjoux 7750 movement. It has a 40mm case and Super-LumiNova indices.

My favorite thing? These things are priced at a very reasonable $1,849, $1,949 on a bracelet. You can also get a rubber band for $1,990 which features a strap by FKM Viton.

From the release:

Iconic model of the YEMA Collection, the Flygraf is back under the name of Navigator and is designed for all professionals or amateurs of the aviation world. The Flygraf Navigator recreates the classic features of its original model dating from the 70s and features a dial and a bezel with blue reflections with an automatic Valjoux 7750 movement.

The watch is available for pre-order now and it’s well worth a look if you’re in the market for a nice day-date chrono. Give me a GMT hand on there and I’d be in heaven.
