Zodiac partners up with Paul Nicklen

We’ve written about a number of different watches that focus on helping our waterways, and of course we’ve talked now and again about the sort of folks that watch brands sign up as ambassadors. Today, we’ve got an intersection of that, with Zodiac pairing up with Paul Nicklen.

Now, if you’re like me, you’ve not heard of Nicklen before. So, who is he?

Purpose-driven watch brand, Zodiac, is excited to announce their official partnership with renowned photographer, ocean conservationist, marine biologist, and co-founder of SeaLegacy, Paul Nicklen. As a result of the brand?s partnership with SeaLegacy through their ?Dive with Purpose? initiative in 2019, Nicklen became the ultimate brand ambassador aligning with Zodiac on purpose and their mutual love for the dive community.

So, while I may not have heard of him before, this is the sort of partnership I like to see in a watch brand. Rather than just signing up some random celebrity, Zodiac has found a fellow that does things where he can actually use the watches for their intended design, and also espouses the same values the brand themselves tout.

Now, I’ve asked, and at this time, there are no plans for a watch to celebrate this partnership – but we know that goes. Of course, when that inevitable special edition is released, we’ll be sure to bring you the news! zodiacwatches.com

Thank you for reading this WristWatchReview post. With so many things competing for everyone’s attention these days, we really appreciate you giving us your time. We work hard every day to put quality content out there for our community.

WristWatchReview is one of the few remaining truly independent watch news outlets. We do not have a giant corporation behind us, and we rely heavily on our community to support us, in an age when advertisers are increasingly uninterested in sponsoring small, independent watch sites — especially a site like ours that is unwilling to pull punches in its reporting and analysis. We don't play the games the other sites play and we've paid for it when it comes to ad revenue.

We would love for you to support us on Patreon and every little bit helps. Thank you.
