Timex ReWound

As you are undoubtedly aware, today is Earth Day. You will be hit with a barrage of news around special releases, deals, and even articles talking about how dire the situation is with the usage of our natural resources. There are also some good news stories out there, and it would seem that the Timex ReWound program is one of them.

Timex ReWound

Timex ReWound was launched back in the fall of 2023, which means it’s been around for just about six months. In that short timeframe, it’s managed to keep over 12,000 watches from ending up in a landfill. The program itself is pretty simple. You send in any pre-owned watch (not just a Timex brand), and they’ll either figure out how to upcycle it into something else, or put it back up for sale so it can get more use.

If you’re looking to send watches in, you can get more information at this page. And if you’d like to see what sort of recycled watches are up for sale, you can see those here. Oh, and you might be wondering, why in the world would you just send your watches in? Well, it’ll get you a coupon for 20% your next Timex purchase. So, save some coin, and do a solid for the ol’ earth. rewound.timex.com
