If you weren’t aware, 2023 marks 35 years since Frederique Constant first came into being a watch brand. To celebrate this mark, they’re releasing two new versions of the Frederique Constant Highlife Worldtimer Manufacture.

Now, you might be familiar with the Frederique Constant Highlife Worldtimer Manufacture, as we’ve written about it before (or, well, a close sibling). For this milestone, there’s a 35-piece limited edition done up in 18-carat rose gold that is not available here in the States. There’s also an “unlimited” version done up in chocolatey hues.

The case is done in steel, so the unexpected coloration comes in on the dial, of course, as well as on the included leather and rubber straps (you also get a steel bracelet in the mix). Given the unusual lug configuration on the case, we’re glad to see FC offering so many different options right out of the gate.

Then again, when you’re coming in with a price tag of $4,495 for this anniversary edition Frederique Constant Highlife Worldtimer Manufacture, you want to be as complete as you can be. What you have to settle for yourself is if you’re a four-figure Frederique Constant sort of person, or would you be just as happy in the sportier (and more affordable) side of things with an Alpina (sister brand to FC). If the FC is all you’re about, you do you, and check out the details over at frederiqueconstant.com
