Around this time of year, just about everything is turning dull and grey. The vibrant fall colors are done, and everything is settled in for a long winter nap. Well, if you want some verdant color on your wrist, the just-announced Zodiac Super Sea Wolf 53 Compression limited edition is calling you.
Now, to be sure – this Zodiac Super Sea Wolf 53 Compression is not that different from the ones we’ve seen before (and which we reviewed here). What is new here, though, is the all-green look we’ve got. The dial is green, the chapter ring and bezel are green, the hands are green, and even the lume in green.
What’s interesting is that these are all different shades of green – so if this is your favorite color, you’re in for a treat. Apparently these hues were inspired by how colors shift to greens when you get deeper than 10 meters (I’m taking their word for it).
