Poljot, a company mostly known for big, weird Russian aviator watches, has announced the Queen Victoria, a luxury-style watch for about $800 that consists of a massively skeletonized movement and handsome rose gold style case.

Born in Moscow, the company is now based in Germany. This latest creation features a handwound movement and is limited to 400 pieces in gold and black. From the release:

The first variant has a rose gold-plated case, which give the watch a luxurious and noble touch. This variant exudes elegance and adds a touch of sophistication to the watch. This version is designed for those who appreciate the classic and timeless look of gold. The second variant features a black IP coating that gives the watch a modern and bold look. The black case adds a touch of mystique and gives the watch a striking presence on the wrist. This version appeals to those who prefer an eye-catching and contemporary style. The crocodile-embossed leather straps perfectly match the overall design of the watch and harmoniously complement its aesthetic appearance. They are not only a functional element, but also a stylish detail that emphasizes the majestic character and exclusivity of the watch.

The bottom line on this guy, the Russian connection aside, is that It’s a fun watch from an interesting microbrand and it looks nothing like the Poljots we’ve come to know. Might be worth checking out.
