Tissot Sponsors Watkins Glen Indy Grand Prix

In addition to being the “Official Timekeeper” and “Official Watch” of the event through the 2006 season, the official race will be called “the 2nd Annual Watkins Glen Indy Grand Prix presented by Tissot”.

Tissot established a partnership with Danica Patrick, racer and lad-mag model, and will be announcing her T-Touch Limited Edition watch. Only 500 will be produced. Hot stuff!

Thank you for reading this WristWatchReview post. With so many things competing for everyone’s attention these days, we really appreciate you giving us your time. We work hard every day to put quality content out there for our community.

WristWatchReview is one of the few remaining truly independent watch news outlets. We do not have a giant corporation behind us, and we rely heavily on our community to support us, in an age when advertisers are increasingly uninterested in sponsoring small, independent watch sites — especially a site like ours that is unwilling to pull punches in its reporting and analysis. We don't play the games the other sites play and we've paid for it when it comes to ad revenue.

We would love for you to support us on Patreon and every little bit helps. Thank you.

  1. I am writing to you to draw your attention to a potential sponsorship of a bodybuilder in Bali, Indonesia, Soleman Dede (‘Eddy’). Eddy is a serious and very successful athlete (biodata and photo available).

However, he urgently needs financial assistance to be able to continue the rigorous training routine and nutrition program necessary to maintain his fitness and to progress in the sport, and to enable him to travel outside Indonesia to compete on the international stage, having proved his success nationally.

Eddy currently works as a fitness instructor in a local gymnasium in Bali. Wages in Bali are very low and his salary barely covers basic food and accommodation, let alone enabling him to fulfill his need for a high protein diet and bodybuilding supplements. For bodybuilders in Indonesia to progress in the sport it is very difficult as there are no serious sponsors either from the government side, or from the private sector.

Eddy’s dedication and determination to continue with his training, and his achievements to date, is astounding, given the very difficult circumstances and lack of financial support he faces on a daily basis.

Eddy wants to focus on training full-time and needs serious sponsorship to enable him to do this. I hope you will consider assisting Eddy as one of your sponsored athletes. I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

Eddy can be contacted via this email address.

    Yours sincerely
